Fog

Fog. It's a kind of thick moist haze which impairs the vision. Some times whene it is thikiest it can be so uterly disoreanting, that one has no idea even in which derection he is heading. Some times the fog of the minde is the worst. The fog of confused conflicting emotion, and a deeply jaring sence of disorienting unsertanty, in which your own reactions serprise even your self. This emotinal "pee soup" can be suficating, and I have found my self lost in it for days on end at times, while those around me look on and wonder.
And during these times I wonder to my self is there an easy way out? Some quick fix whinde of logice that can be invoked to come and blow the inpenitrable fog of emotinal unsertanty away?

A first post

In some ways i feel like this new blog of ours opens a new chapter in our life. The template really appeals to us and speaks even of out dream! What you may ask is all this dream speak about? Well its actually a very long story, but i suppose it could be summed up this way:

Our biggest driving force, our binding glue, our daily motivation, is our dreams! It is the thing that wakes us in the morning when its cold, the floor is hard, and our body's sour, when we've been up late studying and get up early to drive two ours one way for school. It is our joy, our hope our drive. In essence we live for our dreams, and they will be realized!

There must be a balance how ever, because our dreams are about people, and so must not come before people, but if we waited for every person who tried to tell us we were wrong we would never get there, but if we push aside, stepped on, ran over, and looked away from every person in our path, it would completely defeat the purpose of our dream.

For in truth, our dream is people, humanity, and at the same time people and humanity is our only obstacle, because it is people who will try to stop us, but it is humanity that we dream about, humanity that we dream for.

What is this big dream? This big vision of yours? You are asking. Put very simply it is to speak, to shout out for the people of the world! To giv thous who have no vouce a vouce to shout to the rest of the world with! To shout with Joy, to shout with Color, to shout for Help, if need be. Then to take there voice and share it, share it with the rest of the world! Share it in any way we can, weather through print or digital media, but to shout with and for them.

Opening Thoughts

Well, it has been a long few months here in Colorado, the old US of A. it was a hard transition returning home after nearly a year of living and working overseas in Germany, the rest of Europe and Pakistan. It really changes your worldview, and facing coming back home really challenges the dreams God gives you in the midst of life as you always dreamed it would be. Its always hard to return to the practical and normal I guess, and some days were very dark. Yet I am starting to more clearly see how it was worth it. Gabriel and I’ s relationship is very strong and solid now, and we know where we are going. As much as it hurts sometimes we are willing to keep working towards the dream God has been speaking to us about for years, and make it a reality. We are not going to give up, no matter how badly we want to be back overseas now, or how tight money gets, or how low our spirits might fall. We have God and we have each other, and I believe it will be worth it one day.
One day we will be making a real difference in the world, and it will be fantastic. I am excited to see it unfold, and see it documented here. What a story we will have.
